Bonsai Health reserves the right to terminate the patient/doctor relationship at any time if a patient engages in inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior, or otherwise violates these terms.

Payment and Refunds

All services require payment at time of booking. Membership fees are charged monthly and cover clinical management services.

• Initial Assessment Fee: The $250 Comprehensive Health Assessment is refundable if you are determined not to be medically appropriate for the specific treatments you are seeking.
• Monthly Membership: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once services for that month have been initiated.
• Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bonsai Health and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.
